My latest commissioner was very kind and let me paint ruffles and sparkles~ She asked for something with the Fifth Doctor and Tegan in her dress from 'Enlightenment' that was fun and slightly shippy. Great fun, because, again, *ruffles*.
Invisible in the scan are the flecks of incredibly fine glitter in the sparkle watercolors used in the background, which is great shame, because it's a pretty fabulous effect.

Lovely picture, and the lack of glitter is no problem from our end, although I understand your disappointment at not being able to share the full effect with us. Did you find out why that was? Probably some technical cyber thing with bytes and pixels. (Yeah, like I know. Not.)
